A 35-year-old woman, a 24-year-old man and a 22-year-old man will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office for charges in the coming days.

Willis is a law clerk that was reported missing in the middle of June.

He was last seen at his place of employment in the 700 block of N. Water Street.

His body was found by police on Friday at his apartment near Knapp and Astor.

Police said that they are awaiting the results of the autopsy from the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office to determine the cause of death.

They said that, at this time, they are not treating the death as a homicide.
