Police respond to motorcycle vs. dump truck accident in Oak Creek

MILWAUKEE -- Flight for Life was called to the scene of a motorcycle accident near 20th and Rawson in Oak Creek.

The motorcycle rider was turning west onto Rawson Ave. when he hit a large dump truck. Witnesses tell our Matt Doyle the driver wasn't wearing a helmet when he hit the front right side of the truck. 

Neighborhood resident Richard Cullen says, "The person on the stretcher was being loaded onto an ambulance and shortly thereafter the Flight for Life helicopter arrived. We saw them pulling out a stretcher obviously going to transfer him."

The Wisconsin State Patrol was also on the scene conducting an investigation. Both vehicles involved in this accident were towed from the scene.
