by Chris Patterson

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office has released the results of Nick Wilcox's toxicology tests. At the time of his death, Nick Wilcox's blood alcohol level was .22. The test indicated Wilcox did not abuse any other drugs outside of alcohol the night he died.

Nick Wilcox went missing early New Year's morning between 1:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. Wilcox was put out of the Irish Rech Room on Old World Third Street, and was seen leaving the bar with a man in a red shirt.

Wilcox's family and friends spent months searching Milwaukee for any sign of him. They even held a benefit event at the last place he was seen, the Irish Rec Room.

The body of Nick Wilcox was pulled from the Milwaukee river near Old World Third Street on March 28th around 6:00 p.m. Two Milwaukee police officers were on patrol when they saw a partially submerged body in the river.

Just one day after Nick's body was found, his  death was ruled an accidental drowning. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office found no trauma or injury to Nick's body.
