RACINE-- Authorities were called out to Quarry Lake Park in Racine for a report of a drowning.

Rescue crews were called out around 7:15 p.m. Sunday after a male teen jumped off a pier and did not resurface.

A dive team located that teen and he was taken to St. Mary's Hospital via flight for life.

This is the first year that there has not been life guards on duty there.
