Teen appears in court for crash that killed his friend

WAUKESHA---Ihor Sahan, 18, made his first court appearance Thursday in Waukesha.

Sahan sat with his lawyers during his court appearance.

Back on the first of the November, police say Sahan was drunk driving while coming back from a concert when he crashed into two Waukesha County Sheriff's deputies in their squad car while they were running radar along I-94.

Sahan's friend Ryan Petri was killed in the wreck.

Sahan will be arraigned in January.
