Suspect arrested in shooting investigation

MILWAUKEE---Police have arrested a 24-year-old man in connection with a homicide that occurred early Wednesday morning.

Terrance T. Armstrong, 34, was fatally shot inside an apartment near 102nd and Fond du Lac Avenue just before 12:30 a.m.

Officers found Armstrong with a gunshot wound to the head. Police were initally unsure if this was a homicide or a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Police are now saying this was not a random act and no other additional suspects are being sought at this time.
