MILWAUKEE---High winds blew down the old Lohman Funeral Home which is on the historic registry.

The property at 8th and Greenfield also includes the last remaining horse stable in the city, designed by architects Paul Schnetzky and Eugene Libert.

The owner had already been in the process of dismantling and moving the building to another location for restoration.

He says there was some damage to the wood, but he thinks he'll still be able to salvage the integrity when he reconstructs the building.
