Street Crews Prepare for Rain

by WDJT Editor

MILWAUKEE -- Trees look beautiful this time of year but fallen leaves pose problems when it rains. Milwaukee Public Works employees are clearing the streets and drains of leaves to make way for water. They ask residents to pile leaves at the curb for pick up, but make sure they don't cover drains.

Crews are expected to be on-call over the weekend. If you experience any flooding, call (414)286-CITY to report a problem.
