MADISON - Incumbent Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Pat Roggensack and Marquette University Law professor Ed Fallone were the top vote getters in Tuesday's primary.

They will face each other in the April 2nd general election.

Democratic challenger Vince Megna, an attorney, did not survive the three way primary.

Roggensack  at 64%, Fallone at 30% and Megna with 6% with 95% of precincts reporting.
