MILWAUKEE—A frozen sprinkler head exploded at Milwaukee’s City Hall Tuesday morning flooding a basement area and damaging some computer equipment.

 

The water damage knocked out internet service throughout the building until late in the afternoon.

 

The flooding was limited to one section of the basement and left about three inches of water on the floor.
