Snow causing opening day issues at Miller Park

MILWAUKEE---It seems like there is no end in sight for winter and it's affecting how Miller Park is getting ready for Opening Day.

The ballpark had a fleet of plows and trucks clearing the lots Wednesday.

A thick layer of ice on the pavement made the job a difficult one for the crews from Poblocki Paving.

They said they had to put down a layer of salt and then wait. They added that they would have to come back later and scrape it up.

The Brewers expect everything to be ready to go when opening day finally rolls around.
