Snow causing driving and parking problems

by Keith Meka

MILWAUKEE - Thursday night's snowfall caused some problems for people on the roads around Southeastern Wisconsin.  Plows and salt trucks had some difficulty keeping up during the heart of the snowfall. That caused some slippery conditions.  For many on the Eastside it was also difficult to find a parking spot. Many were concerned that the 4 inch parking rule was going to go in effect.  In that case, people have to park on the opposite side of the road of where the signs are posted. Some people found themselves waiting awhile for a spot to open up.
