Slinger Police searching for bank robbery suspectSLINGER --- The Slinger Police Department is asking the public's help in identifying a bank robbery suspect. A white male with a scarf over his face entered the Westbury Bank located on East Commerce Blvd. on Tuesday Feb. 26th. He handed the teller a note demanding money but did not display a weapon. The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspect made off on foot in a southerly direction. Police are continuing to review surveillance video and are asking anyone who can identify the suspect to call police. The suspect is described as a white male wearing a dark hat and dark scarf over his mouth. He had on blue jeans and a long leather jacket. Anyone with information about the robbery or the suspect is asked to call the Slinger Police Department at 262-644-6441. |
