75-year-old woman killed in crash on I-894/I-43

GREENFIELD -- A 75-year-old woman was killed in a car crash on eastbound I-894/I-43 near Loomis Rd around 1:30 p.m. Her vehicle went off the road and struck a tree.

Initially all eastbound traffic was shut down so the woman's body could be recovered, and detectives could investigate the crash scene. All lanes on I-894/I43 are now open.
