Simmons murder suspect in court
MILWAUKEE COUNTY -- A 76-year-old man accused of killing his teenage neighbor will be back in a Milwaukee County courtroom Monday.
According to court records, John Spooner thought Darius Simmons, 13, broke into his home. He confronted Simmons outside his home in May and shot the teen in front of his mother. Spooner will be back in court Monday for his last pretrial hearing before it begins in January. |
