SHEBOYGAN FALLS -- Sheboygan Falls Mayor Randy Meyer is out of the hospital, and is talking about the deadly traffic accident he was involved in.

Mayor Meyer described the car accident he was involved in that left two other people dead. Meyer spent two weeks in the hospital, and had six inches of his intestines removed. "All the blood vessels ripped away from that section of the intestine," says Mayor Meyer.

Mayor Meyer lost his sight at the age of two, but said the sounds alone let him know the severity of the accident. He says, "My instinct told me that people did not survive that crash."
