Sex assault defendant threatens to call FBI on judge

disruptive outbursts, yet again, at sexual torture trial

MILWAUKEE-The thinnest margin from losing his right to defend himself. That's who day three of the trial went against the Milwaukee man accused of sexually abusing his daughters.

The problem with the father, whose name CBS 58 news is not releasing to protect the victims, has been going on all week.

Judge David Borowski threw him out at the end of court Wednesday.

On Thursday, he was still considering letting the man who is representing himself cross examine the daughters until yet another outburst.

A defense attorney providing support asked for more time to prepare to take on the defense himself and as Lane Kimble reports, had to hush the father who threatened to call the FBI on the judge.
