RACINE-30-year old Sean Forester-Hoare was sentenced to life in prison Monday for fatally stabbing his neighbor in a road rage incident in their Wind Point housing development.

Jonathan Kwiatkowski was killed in the driveway of his home in front of his parents.

The defendant maintained Monday, as he has all along, that he was being attacked, "I wasn't even seeing him. I was on the ground with my shirt over my head. I was hit so bad my tooth fell out and I'd been stabbed. I was terrified. I've been terrified from that moment 'til this moment right now."

The judge was not moved and said it would be 40 years before he was even eligible for parole.

Through their grief, the victim's family has found a way to give to the community in their son's honor.

Fighting back tears, Lori Kwiatkowski, the mother, announced a blood drive.

"My baby bled to death. So if we can save other people's lives by donating blood so other people don't have to go through this, that is what we'll do."

The next blood drive, the second since Jonathan's death, will be held this Saturday, July 7th, at Razor Sharp Fitness Gym in Racine
from 9 am-2pm.
