Sentencing for man caught spying on co-workers

MILWAUKEE COUNTY --  A 46-year-old man busted for videotaping workers while they used the bathroom is scheduled for sentencing Wednesday.

James Pirc faced four felony counts, but prosecutors worked out a deal and he only pleaded guilty to two.

Court records indicate some of his employees actually saw the pen camera slide underneath the stall door.

A victim informed police and they set up a camera of their own.

Police say Pirc told then once he bought the hidden camera he couldn't stop himself from using it.
