Sentencing for deadly double shooting suspect

MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee man accused of a deadly double shooting will find out Monday how long he'll spend in prison.

Ed Burgess, 31, told police that he was trying to defend himself when he shot and killed two men near 40th and Glendale in February.

But, police say a drug debt likely led to the deadly shooting.

Burgess originally pleaded not guilty to two homicide charges, but changed his plea to guilty of one felony.

Burgess is scheduled for sentencing Monday morning.
