WALWORTH COUNTY -- Search crews scoured Bloomfield in Walworth County after an 11-year-old boy was reported missing Friday night.

Crews began searching on foot, on ATV, and in vehicles around 6:00 p.m.

Several different departments were called to the area to assist.

Within hours, the boy, Kehlen Donahue, was located in a barn. Spokesperson Wilbert Kennedy  said the boy was safe and seemed in good physical condition, and that he was with his father.

This is a rural area, so it is very dark and that was the biggest challenge.

Calls went our to residents urging them to go outside and search their own yards.

It is unclear at this time why the boy went missing.
