by Keith Meka

THIENSVILLE - The Milwaukee River has risen above flood stage in Thiensville and that's putting some homes and businesses at risk. Volunteer firefighters have been filling sandbags for people to help protect their properties. The river water is so high many people are going to Village Park to check it out. The Milwaukee River is expected to crest after another two feet there by early Friday.
