WAUKESHA COUNTY-It was a story that amazed many who heard it.

Total strangers stopping, turning around, and going into the river to rescue a couple after their SUV went into the river.

Among the good samaritans, those with medical experience.

Still, it was a frightening scene and the worry in the voices of the callers is evident.
