Rindfleisch makes plea deal in court Thursday

MILWAUKEE -- She's accused of using county time to work on then Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker's campaign for governor. But now, it appears Kelly Rindfleisch has reached a deal with the state to avoid a trial.

Rindfleisch was Walker's Deputy Chief of Staff and has been part of an ongoing John Doe investigation.

She had been scheduled to go on trial next week, but according to attorney Frank Gimble, Rindfleisch will plead guilty to one felony count of misconduct in public office.

Her case is being heard Thursday afternoon.
