Residents to vent concerns about Racine sex offender at public meeting

RACINE -- Registered sex offender Michael Fink is moving to a new home in Racine, and police will be answering questions from concerned citizens. The Wisconsin Department of Correnctions will be holding a meeting on February 20th.

The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. at the 16th St. Community Policing House. The 44-year-old has served sentences for a 1994 child sex assault conviction, and another for a 1987 sexual assault.
