RACINE—The Gateway Tech student charged with 49 counts of sex acts against children made a not guilty plea in court Wednesday.

29-year-old Alexander Richter of Racine appeared in court for a preliminary hearing on multiple charges including child sexploitation and first degree child sexual assault.

What makes this case even more chilling was that Richter often offered to watch other student’s children.

Now Racine police want to know if any other parents left their kids with the suspect.

The judge decided there was enough evidence to send this case to trial.

Richter’s next court date is scheduled for December 21st.
