Racine County Digs Out After SnowstormRacine -- Many residents struggled to move the heavy, wet snow. "Wet and cold and slush," Andrew Behrs said. "That's what you get for being in Wisconsin." The Racine County Sheriff's office was busy as well - responding to 80 snow-related incidents since Tuesday afternoon. Lt. Steve Sikora says people need to slow down. "You can't drive fast in these conditions," Sikora said. "Just slow down through the rush hour period." The city of Racine is done plowing at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, but could start up again if needed at 2:00 a.m. Thursday. |
