Locally, incumbent Sheriff David Clarke fended off a challenge from Milwaukee police Lieutenant Chris Moews for Milwaukee County Sheriff. Sheriff Clarke will face Independent Angela Walker in November.

The results of the Democratic Primary for the Assembly District #19 shocked many as Jonathan Brostoff won over political giant Milwaukee County Chairwoman Marina Dimitrijevic.

Statewide, Mary Burke easily beat State Representative Brett Hulsey to become the Democratic gubernatorial candidate facing Scott Walker in November.

Susan Happ, Ismael Ozanne and State Representative Jon Richards are squared off in the Democratic Primary for Attorney General.  Susan Happ emerged from the primary victorious, and will take on Republican Brad Schimel in November.

Democrat John Lehman will be the candidate who will challenge Rebecca Kleefisch for Lieutenant Governor.

There were several other big races in the Wisconsin 2014 fall primary election. Check the results here.
