MILWAUKEE - A Minnesota city is taking advantage of a newly passed state law to market itself. Visit Saint Paul brought it's touring van to Pridefest on the Summerfest grounds this weekend.  Their crew is telling people all about the city as well as the new Freedom to Marry law Minnesota recently passed. It allows same sex couples to legally marry there. Visit Saint Paul officials say there has been a very positive response at Pridefest and expects a lot people to come to Minnesota to get married.  Same sex couples can start getting married on August in Minnesota, but those unions won't be recognized in the state of Wisconsin.
