Preliminary hearing for kidnapping suspect

WAUKESHA COUNTY -- A teenager accused of kidnapping and trying to evade police is due in court Thursday.

According to court documents, 19-year-old Tou Thao got into an argument with his girlfriend at her Fond du Lac home. He is also accused of taking her 3, 4 and 5 year old children and leading police on a chase.

He eventually crashed his car in Menomonee Falls. The children were not hurt.

Thou is facing several charges including kidnapping and OWI.
