Police to release Azana Salon shooting documentsBROOKFIELD -- A sunny Sunday turned into a scene of horror on October 21, 2012. A man with a gun walked into a Brookfield beauty salon and started shooting. By the end of it, his estranged wife and two of her coworkers were killed before he shot himself. On Friday, police plan to release more details about the Azana Salon Shooting. Volumes of evidence are expected to be released around noon. Sources tell CBS 58 that 11 discs of information, including 911 calls, will be made public. The report comes just one day after 25 police officers from four different police departments were presented with the highest honor from the Brookfield Police Department for their part in rescuing 19 women in the salon that day. |
