Police investigating after man bludgeoned to death

MILWAUKEE---The Milwaukee Police Department released some information about a homicide investigation Friday.

A man was killed by blunt force trauma early Thursday morning.

It happened at 3:50 a.m. in the 2800 block of W. Capitol Dr.

The victim is 51-year-old John Evans. Police say his cause of death is blunt force trauma.

Police are talking to a person of interest in this case.
