Shooting on Milwaukee's south side injures three teens
MILWAUKEE-- Milwaukee police were called to the scene of a triple shooting Monday evening.
Officers responded near 26th & Lapham around 6:30 p.m.
Three teens ages 15, 16, and 17 were the victims.
They were taken to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries.
The shooting happened as they were playing basketball.
One of the victims had gotten into a argument with a resident of the neighborhood.
That person left the area, but returned a short time later.
While the teen were still playing basketball the suspect fired several shots, striking the victims.
The suspect has not been taken into custody at this time.
