MILWAUKEE --- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred outside a nightclub overnight.

Police were called to the 4300 block of N. 60th St. near Gene's Supper Club early Sunday morning.

A 34-year-old woman was taken to the hospital for a gunshot wound. She is expected to survive her injuries.

Police do no have a suspect in custody.
