Police investigate several shootings in Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE-- Milwaukee Police are investigating several reported shootings in the city Saturday night.
Officers responded to a double shooting around 10:45 p.m. in the 5700 block of N. 63rd St.
A 30-year-old male and a 31-year-old female were both injured.
They were taken to a local hospital where they were listed in stable condition.
A 33-year-old male was shot in the 2500 block of N. 50th Street.
He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of his non-life threatening injury.
The motive of this incident is unknown and there are no suspects in custody.
Police are also investigating the shooting of a 17-year-old male that happened around 9:45 p.m.
The victim said that he was struck by gunfire while riding his bicycle in the 5200 block of N. 68th Street.
But police said that there is some evidence to suggest that the shooting may be self-inflicted.
