Police arrest four junk yard burglary suspects

MT. PLEASANT--- Four men are in custody after they tried to rob a junk yark in Mt. Pleasant.
According to the Mt. Pleasant Police Department on Thursday around 12:20 p.m. officers responded to the Sturtevant Auto Salvage.
When officers arrived they found four suspects inside a secure car junk yard.
Officers arrested three individuals immediately and a fourth suspect fled on foot.
After a short foot pursuit of the fourth subject was eventually found hiding inside of a junked car.
All four suspects were charged with Possession of Burglary Tools, Criminal Trespassing and Theft. The individual that fled was also charged for Resisting/Obstructing for fleeing from Officers.
