Police Sergeant fired for drunk driving crash

MILWAUKEE— A Milwaukee Police Sergeant has been fired for being involved in a drunk driving crash.

The Fire and Police Commission said that Sergeant Charles Cross was more than twice the legal limit when he drove into a house at 78th St and Howard on May 1st.

The Commission said that he later lied about it.

Cross is appealing the firing.
