Tools

GERMANTOWN -- Last night on Ten at 10:00 we told you about the Germantown woman who called police because her granddaughter was erratic over a supposed sugar high.
Tonight hear for yourself.
Dispatch: "Germantown Police?"
Caller: "Yes I need a police officer."
(Screams)
Caller: "My granddaughter just bought $87 dollars worth of candy."
Caller: "I don't know where she got the money to buy the candy."
With the screaming in the background police did respond.
Apparently the youngster had taken the money from her grandfather.
Dispatcher: "Okay how old is your granddaughter?"
Caller: "My granddaughter is 12."
Dispatch: "Where did she buy the candy?"
Caller: "Dollar tree and they know about it too."
What was left of the candy was turned over to the grandmother who said she would speak with the child's mother.
