MILWAUKEE -- The calls for Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn to resign after several high profile incidents continue.

A petition drive will begin on Friday to try and force the chief to resign.

Community activist Tory Lowe is also the spokesperson for the family of Derek Williams. He was the young man who died in the back of a squad car after complaining to officers that he couldn't breathe. Lowe and his group hope to collect 10,000 signatures against Chief Flynn to hand over to the Fire and Police Commission.

Meanwhile, Chief Flynn is getting support on this issue from an unlikely source. Alderman Bob Donovan, who has butted heads with Chief Flynn over the years, believes the Chief handled this situation properly.
