Driver who struck pedestrian in Kenosha Co. arrested

SALEM --- Kenosha Co. Sheriff's and the Paddock Lake Police Department responded to a pedestrian struck by a vehicle late Sunday night.

Police say 34-year-old Michael Brodsko was driving his 2000 Chevy S-10 truck on 250th Ave. when he struck 18-year-old Perry Baughman. The accident happened around 9:45 p.m. on Hwy 50 and 250th Ave.

Baughman sustained serious, but non-lethal injuries. Flight for Life transported Baughman to an area hospital from the scene.

Brodsko told police he did not see Baughman walking down the road. Brodsko was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while suspended, driving without insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
