MILWAUKEE-Some of our favorite Packers players were in town Tuesday showing their chartiable side.

Wide receiver Greg Jennings surprised students at St. Marcus Lutheran School and spent well over an hour with the kids.

He told them personal stories each time ending the tale with an emphasis on the importance of education.

He then presented each child with a hat and a backpack.

The school also received $1,000 courtesy of number 85 and Shopko Foundations.

In Wauwatosa, Wide Receiver Donald Driver signed copies of his new children's book "Quickie Goes to the Big Game" at the Goodwill Store near 124th and Capitol.

It's a story that mirrors the Packers big run last year to win the Super Bowl.

"With these books kids can learn literacy and you know that they can get the opportunity to come out and read," Driver told CBS 58.

"I think that's the main focus here and I think the lessons behind these books is truly something special."
