One man dies in overnight crash

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a deadly single vehicle accident.

Police tell CBS 58, just before midnight, they responded to a report of a car into a tree near 30th and Clarke.

Police say the driver and lone occupant died on the scene.

The victim's name has not been released.

Police believe speed contributed to the fatal crash.
