MILWAUKEE—An Oak Creek man has been arrested for his 7th OWI.

A Milwaukee County Sheriff deputy saw a vehicle deviating lanes on Howell Ave around 6:15 p.m. Sunday.

The deputy stopped the car and the driver, 50-year-old David A. Van Derboom, denied that he had been drinking, but blew a .15 on his preliminary breath test.

This was Van Derboom’s 7th OWI arrest.

If convicted he faces up to 10 years in prison.
