This is the first weekend of summer and boating lovers are starting the season with a splash. The DNR, Coast Guard and local law enforcement boat patrols will join them on the lake, scanning the water for troublemakers. It's part of a nationwide effort to crackdown on drunk drivers on the water called Operation Dry Water.

It takes place this weekend. During the same time last year, patrols arrested 14 people for OWI in Wisconsin. CBS 58's Elizabeth Fay has the story from Pewaukee Lake.
