MILWAUKEE -- We could find out today if any charges will be filed following the death of 25-year-old Brandon Johnson at the Mental Health Complex in Wauwatosa. A John Doe investigation is being held to determine if the mental facility is at fault for Johnson's death.

In the final days of court testimony, nurses and CNA's who had direct contact with Johnson took the stand. Some of these people checked in with Johnson as frequently as every 15 minutes. These medical professionals were asked if Johnson complained about paralysis, and if they did anything about it. Some of the nurses believed the paralysis Johnson complained about was all in his head.

This John Doe investigation is being held to determine if there was any criminal negligence on the part of the Mental Health Complex.
