Notorious sex offender to be released on the southside

MILWAUKEE - One of Wisconsin's most notorious sex offenders will be placed in a southside neighborhood soon.  39 year old Shawn Schulpius was convicted back in 1991 of sexually assaulting a 4 year old boy that he was baby-sitting.  Other neighborhoods have successfully fought to keep him from moving nearby. Last night it was learned that Schulpius, a 6 foot 2, 300 pound sex offender will be moving into a home on East Van Beck Avenue along with another sex offender. Neighbors are not happy.
