Ninth grader accused of gunning down man

MILWAUKEE --- A 14-year-old boy is accused of gunning down a man, and leaving him with at least 23 gunshot wounds.

Kaleel Buchanan faces a first degree intentional homicide charge.

Police say he killed 27-year-old Dennis Smith, Jr., also known as "Sergio" on Saturday, August 18th after 10:00 a.m. near 24th and Keefe.

According to court records, there was an argument and the teen shot Smith multiple times.

Bond is set for Buchanan at $500,000.
