WAUWATOSA -- Near record temperatures on Thanksgiving day gave people in Southeastern Wisconsin another reason to be grateful. The sun came out, boosting temperatures to around 60 degrees. Some families took advantage of the warm weather at the Milwaukee County Zoo, others spent the morning on the golf course.

"It's perfect out here. Everybody knows that it was unseasonably warm. I think that's why the golf course was so busy today," says Bill Sisco who played a round at the Currie Park Golf Course with his son and nephews.

CBS 58's Elizabeth Fay has the full report.
