Motorcyclist killed after being struck by two vehicles identified

MILWAUKEE ---The victim of the fatal motorcycle crash that happened on July 13th has been identified as Sammie J. Johnson Jr.

The second striking vehicle has not been located yet. The investigation is still ongoing.

A motorcyclist was killed after being struck by two vehicles while exiting the highway.

It happened around 11:45 p.m. Saturday as the cyclist was exiting off I-43 at the Fond Du Lac Ave. exit.

The driver of the motorcycle failed to stop at a red light and was struck by two different vehicles. One of those vehicles fled the scene. The other stayed on scene and was cooperative.

Police do not have a description of the vehicle that fled. No arrests have been made in the incident.
