Milwaukee woman arrested for dropping baby and walking awayMILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are holding a 22-year-old woman for felony child abuse. They say someone reported seeing her drop her one-year-old daughter face down on concrete steps near 24th and Michigan. Then she walked over to a police squad car and told an officer she did want her child anymore. The one-year-old is being treated at Children's Hospital for facial injuries. |
